e-Sword LT: Bible Study to Go App Reviews

I love the desktop software, so eagerly downloaded the app for my iPhone. Its a valuable resource to have with so many different languages and translations of the Bible, but this app REALLY needs better sharing functionality. Copy/paste of verses is missing, as are SNS sharing options. Come on Rick! Release the upgrade :)

I started e-sword on Windows. I switched to Mac and then iPad and iPhone. I respect Rick Meyer and his friends. Great job and thanks!

I am glad that finally e-sword for iPhone has been released. It is good to use but it is not like the one for window phones. I am sure that the owner of this program will make it more useful and better. Thanks.

Best by far. Very easy to navigate. Wish had the same for android.

A great app with no ads or foolish movies , just whats needed to study His Word! Very simple, easy to use navigation and thousands of resources to download! LOVE the fact that you get KJVS and TSK free. Would like to see them implement Max MaClean reading the bible and the text editor like in the HD version. Looking SO forward to switching from Mantis completely.

The easiest way to keep THE WORD (in print) with you. If THE WORD isnt in you, then you NEED to ask HIM in. HE IS JESUS THE ONLY BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD. HE is not the ONLY SON OF GOD like the NIV says. Im so glad to read that someone else knows that Jesus was the only BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD. As the scripture says they are accursed that add to or take away from HIS WORD.

I have used e-sword on my desktop for years. I havent found a better resource for Bible study anywhere. Im thrilled that I can put it on my iPhone now. It has a wealth of resources, including Josephus, the anti-nicene fathers, and more Christian books than Ill ever be able to make use of. And its free! Im happy to contribute to the development of this excellent resource.

I use this app in all aspects of creating my sermons. It is a great study tool. Easy to use and easy to find scripture.

God is at work in this guy! Rick Meyers has done and continues to put tremendous inspired effort and design into this bible app. Praise God that we now have a sharpened Sword to carry our ministry forward.

This is one of the best Bible apps Ive ever used I love the search engine, commentaries and references.

A time saver all I need in the palm of my hand

Awesome in every way. I have been an e-sword user for longer than I can remember. When everybody was buying iPhones i was buying Windows phones to use esword. Finally its here!!! It replaced nearly every other bible app on my phone and computer. I shorted it 1 star for a two reasons. No syncing of notes and bookmarks. This makes them basically useless to me. Bible navigation is a little clunky. I really like the infinite scroll and not having to pick the verse number of the esv app.
